Bringing home a Golden Retriever puppy is a decision that should not be made without careful consideration of the traits and habits of this wonderful breed. Golden Retriever puppies need to know that they are part of your family and not just become a dog relegated to the back yard or garage for most of its life. Golden Retriever puppies must receive regular exercise and constant, loving attention. Golden youngsters are mouthy, like to chew on everything, and need to be properly trained in order to become a well mannered, obedient, and socialized adult.
