The combination of the rich genetic essences derived from a pedigree that is producing sound, healthy dogs (and which includes some of the greatest Golden Retrievers in recent history) were successfully blended to create the Pure Magic that is "Wicca" Confident, upbeat, happy, sweet natured, extremely intelligent, and displaying lots of attitude, Wicca exudes a magical mystique that bewitches everyone she meets.

Wicca has what many bitches are lacking today--bone, magnificent headpiece, sweet expression, well-developed front assembly, nice turn of stifle, well-defined angulation, great balance, and a superb side gait with exceptional reach and drive. She has normal thyroid as well as her OFA elbow and heart clearances, current CERF eye clearance, and has OFA Good hips.

Wicca cast her charms and brewed up her first magical spell when she started her show career. At 7 months Wicca won her class at the NORCAL specialty defeating 11 other puppies in July, 2003. She repeated that performance again the following day at the Del Monte KC, in Carmel, CA. At 9 months of age, Wicca got the first of her championship points in style going Winner's Bitch, Best of Winners, Best of Breed Opposite Sex, Best of Breed Puppy, and Group 3 Puppy at the Redwood Empire KC. She picked up a few more points in the 12-18 month classes and garnered several more combined BOW and BOS wins along the way that minored her out on the road to her championship.

On June 27, 2005 Wicca bewitched judge, Dr. Steve Keating, at the Golden Retriever Club of Greater Los Angeles Specialty who awarded her Winners Bitch, Best of Opposite Sex, and Best of Winners for her first major. Wicca completed her Championship when she conjured up her second major under Judge Linda Robey on February 12, 2006.

I expect Wicca will imbue future generations of Allsea Golden Retrievers with her magical enchantment along with her health, sweet disposition, keen intelligence, balance, movement, structure and majestic attitude.
